Transforming communications operations by empowering resource dispatch teams.

Alpha & Omega Tactical Communications (AOTC) was created by two veteran police dispatch instructors of the Los Angeles Police Department. We have taken our vast knowledge and experience of Public Safety dispatch, dispatch instruction, dispatch supervision and policy writing; emergency management; Incident Command System; Command Post operations to create custom standardized communications plans for our clients.

We offer training courses for professional police dispatchers; as well as any person who receives calls and dispatches resources. We construct standardized communications plans, onboard communication centers, and empower those who work within the operation by providing training courses.

Our standardized communications structure is proven to work in any industry and at a wide array of venues. Our clients include major league baseball stadiums; NFL and college football stadiums; churches; campuses of private companies; golf tournaments; elementary schools; and community service organizations.

Our team has extensive experience building, staffing and teaching security command post operations in sporting and large event venues. We also have a mobile command post vehicle that enables us to bring a self sustained communications operation to events held at outdoor or temporary spaces such as festivals, concerts and tournaments.

AOTC staff is available to provide training, staffing and consultation to any entity that relies on accurate and seamless communication. We also provide in depth assessments of communications operations, identify training gaps, and provide customized training courses to close those gaps.

The AOTC team provides the tools necessary for the transformation of communications operations from beginning to end.

“The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum has engaged Alpha & Omega Tactical Communications for skills training and staffing in our Command Post during Los Angeles Rams and USC football games. Great communication is essential for an event to be successful and the team at AOTC have the knowledge and experience which we rely on to take our incident management and response to the next level.”
